Bronx House Performing Arts

Welcome to the School for Performing Arts! Founded in 1912 as the Bronx House Music School, we offer instrumental music instruction and a variety of dance classes for all levels of expierence. We welcome students of all ages, from pre-schoolers to senior citizens. Classes are offered year-round on both weekdays and weekends, designed to meet individual needs and schedules. 

Our school is a department of Bronx House Community Center, which offers educational, cultural, health and recreational programs for all ages. We are located in one of the fine facilities in the area featuring a state-of-the-art 7,000 square foot wing that includes soundproof and sound enhanced music rooms and three dance studios. 

Performing Arts School faulty are dedicated, enthusiastic and accomplished performers and educators with advanced degrees from music and dance programs around the world.
