GREENWICH, CT, TUESDAY, JULY 2– Self-portrait workshop 2-4pm
In this workshop the visitors will begin their journey of self-discovery with multiple blind contour sketches on newsprint. They can choose to either use a photograph or, preferably, a mirror to do their sketches as a warm up exercise. To create the main piece, visitors will select a medium they feel best represents them and create a self-portrait from life. As a group the visitors will share and explain their choices in color, medium, posing, etc. Workshop included with admission, all ages welcome!
