You choose your goal -- 1 mile, 5 kilometers, or 10 kilometers -- based on your own fitness level and fitness goals. You can walk, run, or pedal it. You can do it indoors or outdoors, day or night. You can do it around your neighborhood, through the park, in the mall, at the gym, on your treadmill or stationary bike, or anywhere you choose. You can do it with your family or friends or by yourself.
