Earthplace

Earthplace offers an array of educational programming aimed at providing a diverse continuum of nature learning experiences throughout childhood and young adulthood. The Nursery School and Summer Camp, year-round nature programming and the Harbor Watch educational programs together provide a spectrum of hands-on nature-based experiential learning opportunities for all ages. Earthplace after school programs and Harbor Watch internships provide pathways to experiential learning not found in school curricula.

Spend a day of nature discovery at Earthplace! Visitors can connect with the natural world through trail walks, Natureplace museum space, Animal Hall, and the Connecticut Birds of Prey Exhibit.  Programs for all ages include Earthplace Preschool, Summer Camp for ages 2 - 14, Story Time with Animal Encounters, Guided Trail Walks, Foraging Workshops, and more! Our trails are open from dawn to dusk (admission to the grounds is free, other entry fees apply).

Earthplace is a non-profit organization exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Tax ID #06-0740523. Earthplace relies on the generosity of its members and friends for the majority of its financial support.
