This fun family event always draws a crowd and guarantees to be a lively, foot-stompin’ time for all. Children of all ages are welcome, and no previous dance experience is necessary. Renowned dance caller, Eric Hollman, will lead the way as guests keep step to live, traditional fiddle tunes from Ireland, New England, Appalachia and beyond. This year’s musical lineup includes Nyack’s own Ian Moore on fiddle and Matt Greenhill on guitar.
The event is open to the public. Admission is $10 per person and tickets are available at brownpapertickets.com and will also be sold at the door. There will be refreshments for sale including freshly-popped popcorn, as well as cider, donuts and apples from The Orchards at Concklin Farms. All proceeds to benefit the Ruth Schaeffer Scholarship Fund at Blue Rock School in West Nyack, NY. Event generously sponsored by Weld Realty.
