A RoCA Fundraiser
Rockland Center for the Arts will hold its 3rd Annual Full Moon Party, Saturday, September 22nd, on the beautiful grounds of The Catherine Konner Sculpture Park. Festivities this year will include music and dancing with Used Karmas, 4:00-5:00pm and The Old No. 7 Band, 6:30-8:00pm, a BBQ Dinner & Drinks, a Silent Auction of Fine Wines & Art and more.
Enjoy a great dinner with drinks and dance the night away to the live music of The Old No. 7 Band and Used Karmas. The Old No. 7 Band performs Americana, Bluegrass, Blues, Country, R&B, and Rock with unique arrangements and originals with killer vocals and instrumentation, The band features Jeff Doctorow, Len Hunt, Mark J., Jim Kimak, Willie Loniewski, Lorena Mann and Bruce Tucker.
The Contemporary Rockland Artists: RoCA Faculty Exhibit will be open for the evening. The exhibit highlights the exceptional faculty at RoCA who actively create, teach and exhibit throughout the Hudson Valley, the U.S. and internationally.
The Full Moon Party will take place September 22, 4-8 pm. To purchase tickets visit www.rocklandartcenter.org or call 845-358-0877. The cost is $60 a person and includes music, food and exhibitions. All proceeds benefit RoCA’s exhibitions and educational programs. The Catherine Konner Sculpture Park is located on the grounds of RoCA at 27 S Greenbush Rd., West Nyack, NY.
RoCA’s exhibits are made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts, with the support of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.
