Lift Off Special Programming, Inc. engages young people in movement-based programs that center cultural styles of dance. Through transformative movement, participants gain enhanced self-awareness, empathy, and come to feel more at home in their own bodies. We focus on moving through life with purpose and intention to directly improve your mental, physical, and emotional health.
Get ready to learn some dance moves with cultural swag! Classes focus on strengthening social and emotional awareness for kids of all ages. Dance styles include Bhangra from India, Carnival from Jamaica, The Fan Dance from China, and Afro Beats!
