Thursday, August 11th 4pm - 5:45pm in the Apple Barrel Farm Market
Expand the Peach Season By Preserving!
This will be a hands-on-class of preparing and processing peaches that have been picked for use later in the year. Preserving allows for out-of-season consumption of fruits and vegetables.
Each person will leave with one quart of canned peaches.
