Spellbound is an enchanting Halloween festival held in Carmel, NY, at the scenic Putnam County Veteran's Memorial Park. Taking place over two thrilling days, from Friday, October 25, to Saturday, October 26, the festival invites visitors to immerse themselves in a world of magic and mystery from 3 PM to 9 PM each day.
At the heart of Spellbound lies the Mystic Market, an expansive Artisan vendor marketplace that draws in creators and crafters from all around.
