Learn the mysteries of the sewing machine and make a great zippered cross body bag that will hold lots of stuff. Learn about sewing tools, straight and zigzag sewing and an easy way to put in a zipper, too! There will be plenty of colors and fabrics to choose from so your bag will be one of a kind. Our instructor, Kate Perri is a teacher, author and fiber artist. Kate has a BFA in Designer Crafts from The Maryland Institute College of Art and has taught sewing and quilting to adults and children for over 20 years.
