“We pride ourselves on running a family mountain,” says Co-operations Managers Mary and Bob Conklin. Skiing is a lifetime sport and we welcome all levels and ages, from beginner to expert, tiny tots to Senior Citizens! We have 30 trails, 3 chairlifts, and 4 magic carpets with slow and gentle slopes to meet the needs of the newest skiers and snowboarders and advanced trails for the daring and adventurous! Many of those experienced skiers and snowboarders on the slopes today were beginners just a short time ago. For the more competitive skiers, we offer racing for ages 6 through 19. At Thunder Ridge, our ski school is dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of skiing to new “slopesters” and fine tuning the skills of the intermediate and advanced skiers. No matter what your age or ability, we’ll make it a Thunderous and memorable day for you and your family.
