Twin Lakes Farm

Our Twin Lakes Farm Riding Academy is the largest academy in the area and is based on a Traditional Riding School curriculum. We are committed to creating good horse-people as well as good riders. We offer “horsemanship” lessons in the barn as well as riding lessons, in an effort to give students a comprehensive learning experience. Students who are new to our program are given an evaluation private lesson in order to determine the riding level and class in which they should be placed.

Twin Lakes Farm offers far more than just riding lessons. Riders can participate in a variety of programs including our IEA Team, Fall and Spring Drill Team, Adult Group Classes, Academy Schooling Show Series, Barn Management classes, Summer Camp, and our popular School Break and Summer Leasing opportunities.

Through riding and hands-on barn experiences, students not only develop confidence and athletic skills, but also learn responsibility, compassion, and the importance of caring for animals. Working with horses teaches patience, empathy, and teamwork—valuable life lessons that extend far beyond the barn.

Twin Lakes Farm offers a structured hunt-seat equitation program where riders develop strong fundamentals, confidence, and true horsemanship. In addition to lessons, riders can participate in our leasing program, summer camps, horsemanship education
