Rockland Center for the Arts
Course #S68 4 sessions Thu. June 18-July 9 10:00am-12:00pm
Instructor: John Creagh Fee: $150
Learn the art of painting landscapes. The entire painting process is covered, from the application of the medium, to achieving clean color, good value relationships, and balanced compositions. Special attention is placed on learning to see masses as opposed to lines and form rather than detail. The focus is on how to accurately simplify the colors and values of the main shapes. Demonstrations in either oil painting or watercolors will be included in each class. A materials list and Zoom* information will be sent upon registration. For more information or to register visit: www.rocklandartcenter.org
